Working together to shape value creation networks of the future

Together with Robert Bosch, Festo and other partners, 4flow research is working to develop systemic solutions for collaboration in supply chains in the research project ReKoNeT. All project partners met at the 4flow headquarters in Berlin, Germany on October 8 and 9 to discuss project milestones.

Funded by the Eureka project of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research, ReKoNeT is a smart cluster project focused on the data-based regulation of collaborative value creation networks by means of protected transparency. 4flow research is joined by project partners including Robert Bosch GmbH, Festo AG & Co. KG, Wittenstein SE (or Münchener Rückversicherungs-Gesellschaft AG) to work together to develop business models for the supply chain of the future. The objective of the project is to shape value creation networks of the future in a collaborative fashion, and to increase transparency along value streams of different companies. This would ultimately result in a faster response to changing conditions, thereby improving product quality while shortening delivery times and increasing flexibility.
