Information to all 4flow clients and partners regarding the Corona Virus outbreak

4flow recognizes the uncertainty the coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing around the world. As a global company, our highest priority is the health and well-being of our team members, our clients and our partners. Also, we support societal measures to ensure that local health care systems remain operationally functional.

We kindly ask all clients and partners to understand that all measures below have been taken to mitigate risks and we are also asking you to support these measures should they affect you.

What actions has 4flow taken in response to the global virus outbreak?

Symptoms

Every 4flow team member showing any symptoms of a possible virus infection has been ordered to not come to work and seek appropriate medical help.

Contact with infected individuals and contacts with individuals under quarantine

Each 4flow team member who has had contact with a coronavirus infected individual or lives in the same household with individuals who are not infected but have been put under quarantine, is requested to work from home and to not enter a 4flow office for two weeks.

Travel

Only such travel should take place which is business essential. 4flow team members are requested to refrain from all non-business essential travel. “Business essential travel” is defined as such travel necessary to operate 4flow’s business.

Internal meetings

Until further notice all non-business essential internal events have been changed to virtual meetings or have been suspended.

Working remotely

We have strongly advised all 4flow team members who reasonably can work from home to do so.
