The F.A.Z. Institut has recognized 4flow in its study “Germany’s best consulting firms 2024” in the management consulting category. Part of the German media group Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, the F.A.Z. Institut publishes market and media research.

The market research business ServiceValue and the F.A.Z. Institut investigated which consulting firms provide particularly high-quality services according to customers. The study was supported by the Institute for Management and Economic Research (IMWF). Top businesses from 44 industries were awarded as Germany's best consulting firms 2024 (for B2B businesses) or Germany's best customer advisory services 2024 (for B2C business).
From July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2024, several hundred million public, German-language Internet sources including editorial websites and social media were searched for mentions of businesses. Statements about customer advisory services, quality, recommendations, service, price and value evaluated and analyzed with artificial intelligence. Finally, businesses were awarded points based on the average sentiment and the reach of the publications. Overall scores range from 0 to 100 points and were calculated for each industry.
