In his presentation "Rethinking supply chain data – Enabling the automation and optimization of supply chain networks with smart data", he shows how the digital amassing and utilization of supply chain data enables the automated processing and optimization of transportation networks, leading to a synchronous and autonomous supply chain – instead of mere isolated digital solutions. The consistent use of smart data enables businesses to significantly reduce supply chain costs and significantly improve the performance of their supply chain.
