The media brand freundin and the research institute FactField have recognized 4flow for its leadership, work-life balance, training opportunities, compensation and corporate culture.
4flow was included in the ranking of the most family-friendly employers in Germany 2024 and among the top 10 in transportation and supply chain. The ranking considered 33,000 German businesses and 840,000 employer evaluations conducted via online surveys and employer review portals.
The ranking looked at leadership, work-life balance, career training and development opportunities, compensation and other benefits, and corporate culture. Flexible working hours, home office, childcare support and company pension plans were requirements for businesses considered in the evaluation.
This is the fourth year that 4flow has earned this award.
