Magna and 4flow optimize inbound supply chain for greater transparency, efficiency and cost savings
Magna, a leading automotive supplier, optimized its inbound supply chain at a manufacturing plant in a recent project with 4flow.
The project involved implementing the 4flow iTMS, an integrated end-to-end transportation management software solution, to enable Magna to respond with agility to any sorts of unexpected changes in manufacturing demand.
The results include significant reductions in transportation spend, number of shipments, trucks on the road and carbon emissions.
