What are some of your favorite things about 4flow?
I appreciate the flexibility at 4flow. I’m free to decide where and when I work. The culture at 4flow is shaped by all the diverse team members and their many facets. Women often decide against starting a career in consulting because they don't think they’re suited to the tasks or daily work life associated with it. I want to encourage women that with the right team, like the one we have at 4flow, you don’t need to have these doubts. Promoting diversity is very important at 4flow, and I’m excited to support our team in that process.
How would you describe the team spirit at 4flow?
Everyone at 4flow is very hard working, but open at the same time. Everyone takes time for each other, and the team really works together. People are very approachable, no matter their position, and this unique team spirit sets us apart. I’m looking forward to taking on the role of project lead and supporting my colleagues in their development. Being responsible for a team and sharing my experience will be fun.
