Actually, I wanted to major in computer science after my university entrance exams. But since an apprenticeship offers a higher level of practical experience, I changed my mind. I talked with several businesses, but 4flow made the most convincing impression on me. After a two-year apprenticeship (successfully completing my exams one year ahead of time), I was hired by 4flow. Over the past years, 4flow has grown a lot and many aspects within the IT department have become more challenging. With an increasing number of office locations come corresponding issues concerning the IT landscape. In the meantime we have the same level of standards as an enterprise. During my training, this led to huge amounts of growth in my knowledge and expertise. I even had my own projects, with full responsibility, during my apprenticeship.

Despite all of the changes over the past years, the cordialness at 4flow that I liked so well during my interviews remains the same. Each and every colleague can take a joke with no bad feelings. Of course there are differences in opinions sometimes, but those are kept on a professional level. Afterwards we have lunch together and everything is fine. That’s something I really appreciate about 4flow and my colleagues. I also enjoy the regular 4flow events outside of the office. Whether it’s sports, games or cooking, there’s something for everybody.
