In a new collaboration, 4flow is working with automotive seating manufacturer Sitech Dongchang. As a joint venture between the German Sitech Sitztechnik GmbH, a subsidiary of Volkswagen AG, and two Chinese Shareholders, Sitech Dongchang produces both seat structures and complete seats at its site in Shanghai and provides just-in-time delivery for SAIC Volkswagen.
Together, 4flow and Sitech Dongchang will prepare and implement a new RPA pilot project. RPA refers to fully automated technology that serves to carry out structured business processes and will drive a new wave of productivity and efficiency gains throughout the global labor market. This joint project brings together Sitech Dongchang’s advanced manufacturing process with 4flow’s deep understanding of supply chain processes and the associated infrastructures to enable optimized development and competitiveness in the future.
