The SKF China Supply Excellence team has partnered with 4flow to drive its digital transformation. Together, the cooperation partners aim to accelerate the adoption of digital technologies in procurement at SKF China and leverage the potential of leading digital supply chain solutions.
4flow was recently recognized by SKF China for its contribution to the digital transformation of Supply Excellence. Specifically, the recognition focuses on 4flow’s role in creating and implementing a customized digital procurement platform. The cooperation between 4flow China and SKF China began in 2023. The joint project team worked together to define the future procurement operation model and create a digital empowerment blueprint. Together they developed a new digital operations platform with software development partners. The digital operations platform facilitates seamless data integration across domestic procurement operations. It also enables connectivity of internal and external information such as supplier data within the enterprise. The platform comprehensively enhances the performance of procurement at SKF in China while laying the groundwork for intelligent decision-making and automated operations in subsequent stages.
